Disappointing experience: The customer service was poor, including the level of knowledge and communication skills. Definite lack of understanding of the brides needs related to limited listening. The staff was mostly focused on selling rather than creating a memorable experience. Although the dress from Nicole Anne was beautiful, the shop did not deliver anything apart from selling the dress which in the end was too small and had to be adjusted by an external seamstress.

I loved this place because the ladies there showed my tomboy daughter, who NEVER wears dresses is actually a beautiful young woman who can look feminine and pretty without feeling like a fish out of water. Thank you BRIDES OF WINCHESTER

Absolutely awful I visited here last year to buy my dress. At the time I was 59 and a size 16 with size 8 feet. I was served by a foreign lady that made me feel old and fat. I felt embarrassed and upset by the experience. I tried 3 dresses on which were all obvious much too small. I felt very uncomfortable. I left and the sales assistant really didn't seem that worried how I felt. I didn't say anything at the time didn't want to dwell on it and ruin my excitement. I am now married, my husband and I came to Winchester this morning and we happened to walk past. So I thought I would write my review. I really feel that bridal shops have it wrong, not all brides are young and a size 10. I'm not the olny older larger bride to feel the same.
