Cytronex provide a really helpful, prompt and accessible online after sales service with guided diagnostic checks and troubleshooting links. An after care service also available to book in if needed. UPDATE I even got a reply to my online query to Cytronex on Christmas Eve after the sensor was jolted out of position by a stick getting stuck in the chain after cycling through a park. After receiving advice by email the problem was quickly resolved by me on Christmas day - I slightly adjusted the sensor, all working. What customer care!

A great piece of kit. We have it fitted on both our tandems. With a 155 years between us it has meant we can still enjoy ou rides. You are always in control it doesn't decide when to give power. The 5 power level button gives a great set of power levels.

After struggling to cycle up hills on my Brompton while on holiday in Scotland my daughters recommended I get an electric bike. I tried out the new P lightweight Brompton electric but did not like the position of the battery. I was then recommended to Cytronex and they were able to convert my 14 year old Brompton. It has given me a new lease of life as I now enjoy cycling it even when it is windy. I can also go further and faster just using the lowest power. I hope to cycle 2500 miles on it this year. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to continue enjoying cycling into their later years.

Cytronex fitted an early kit for me on a Cannondale bike and then C1 kits to both a full size Specialised bike and a 3 speed Brompton folding bike. They are a really helpful company and the C1 is a great product, which has benefited from further updates by Cytronex. Jake is very supportive with technical adjustments. The kit works really well on the Brompton and is far superior to Brompton's own ebike conversion. Both conversions work really well in hilly country and in the town. The Brompton is great fun in the hills in West Somerset! We recommend you visit the showroom and try one of their conversions!!
