        Booked my grandsons bike in to have front brake fixed, gear change mechanism adjusted and headstock bearings inspected. We booked in 2 months prior for the 12th of October and were told it would be done within the week. Had received no calls as to when we could pick the bike up so today ( 17th October at 4. 15) my wife rang them only to be told that the bike hadn't even been looked at ( thanks for calling to tell us this,not!!!! ). Not very good service at all. If I provided a service like that I would not get any work.
