My last one was before the lockdown so almost 2 years now.
I cannot fault the staff as they are the usual friendly ones.
However I was told the machine is playing up but they still did a procedure on my face but its definitely NOT a microdermabrasion!
Its about the principle.
Its your responsibility to be transparent with your clients.
Its considered a fraud!
I would not have come or use your other services if you were honest.
Im very disappointed.
