I have been a customer of this branch for many years. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. For example when I had to deal with my deceased mothers estate, and more recently now that I am deaf - I am polite to them as they are to me.

Was in this branch in Winchester on Friday absolutely terrible service never in my life met a branch member that had absolutely no interest in her job .never again

Staff friendly but incompetent, particularly the manager. Took 26 hours for a same-day CHAPS payment to go through. 2 hours of chasing via phone. Couldnt get through to the branch directly by phone. Manager promised to text and phone when payment finally went through but he didnt. Have now moved to another bank and lodged an official complaint. Avoid!
