I would highly recommend Sam as an architect. He did the work on our extension and interior revamp and was really creative, helped us to get to a perfect design for us and guided us with excellently advice and support. He was so helpful all the time - we did various adjustments to the design and Sam was always happy to rework plans and chat about options. He is incredibly knowledgeable and could help with advice about planning permission , party wall issues as well as structural issues, drainage, etc etc. Sams also a really pleasant person, easy to work with and friendly as well as being professional. We would definitely use him again.

We needed an architect to design a rear extension of a terraced property. Sam was recommended to us by a friend and his service was fantastic. He was incredibly attentive and came up with a beautiful design which was just what we wanted. It was clear he had thought carefully about our needs from the house and budget and taken this into account. When we requested small changes in the design he went above and beyond to show us different options and made any alterations quickly. He also helped us plan a room which was not originally part of our contract and provided lots of CGI pictures of different designs for us to choose from. He also found a structural engineer to use, guided us through the planning process and made the whole process so much easier. The price of his service is very reasonable considering the work he puts into his projects. I would thoughoughly recommend him.
