        Swimming classes with Sam were brilliant but the policy the academy is running on missed appointments is ridiculous. Weve missed 4 appointment due to lil one sickness and then as end of the year travel. Unfortunately we were refused to book them in later on as academy do not carry over any missed appointments. THIS IS NOT MENTIONED IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR WAS MENTIONED TO US AT ANY POINT. Unhelpful and unaccommodating. Very quick to take your money but will not refund or reschedule missed classes. I suggest you look elsewhere and let the swim school academy learn to do the business right way or cease to exist.
