        We had bifold doors fitted, however due to Executive Windows our build was held up by 3 months leaving us with plywood doors during this time. Their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Every day was a lie. We ended up going to their offices in person to confront the owner, who blatantly lied to our faces about the delivery and fitting date, again . Asking for our money back seemed to the trick and we finally got our window and doors. We would never recommend this company and even to this day are still having issues with the quality and repairs.

        Following our rebuild project, Executive Windows supplied and fitted our windows and doors. The service was excellent with everything being delivered on time as promised. We were very pleased with the overall finish and standard of the job. Thank you.
