Reached out to Simon earlier this week with a happy, friendly email requesting more information about himself and his services. To which, I did not receive so much as a hi, thanks for your email.. but just Im full. When I then replied thanking him for his friendly reply, I received an arrogant message telling me he doesnt need my custom because he has a 5 star license and 100s of desperate people wanting his services. Being a business owner myself and dealing with inbound inquiries daily from potential clients, Im astonished that someone with such status cant even send a polite email back to potential customers and instead labelling them desperate. Extremely disappointed and shocked in the lack of professionalism. Advice- It takes 2 minutes to reply to customers, first impressions count.
