Still waiting for results to come back from a procedure done back in November 22 - supposedly 5-7 days - 2 weeks later still waiting. Called to be told Friday was the day the doctor was in so would get in touch then. Following Friday, nothing. Called back and told they would deffo let me know the results today. Still nothing and getting close to closing time. Called yet again to be then told they would let me know by the end of the day. Surprise surprise, nothing. Its given me anxiety attacks so thanks for that. Will no doubt be told next week to wait till the following Friday. Shambles! Utter shambles!

I write to you today to express my deepest gratitude firstly to your receptionists who, due to their help, got me an immediate appointment back in December after I discovered a lump. I then discovered a second lump the next day and was seen immediately again. Due to them and the tenacity of the doctors, I had an ultrasound and follow up consultations for what then became my diagnosis for lung cancer. I have started my treatment and all this happened within one calendar month. I am truly grateful for the care you have shown to me.

What used to be a well run medical centre has turned into the worst Dr's surgery I have ever encountered.I've been receiving emails telling me I have a long term health condition that I know nothing about, tried to contact the centre manager 3 times now and told I would get a call back. Never heard from anyone!! Unbelievably bad service

A lot of theatre via text messaging, though very little genuine follow up. Misdiagnosis is common in this place. A lot of them seem out of touch with new developments. One of their Google Doctors put me on incorrect meds for a month, though the correct diagnosis was later made by a brighter colleague. Gaslighting seems to be the default position. Must try harder.
