The Milestone is a very personal and safe place to restart your body and mind. The Team is knowledgeable, inspirational and fun (to say the least) and the entire program is tailor-made. Helena is the definition of positivity and I feel lucky to have met her. TMD was a great experience that allowed me to learn A LOT and set the foundations for a healthier life! I will definitely be going back, hopefully with the cool new friends I made during my stay there - maybe we can make it an annual gift to ourselves!

I cannot recommend The Milestone Detox highly enough. I did a 7 day detox at a time that I was feeling burnt out and in definite need of some R&R, as well as a dose of TLC... Genuinely caring, informed, authentic and just excellent at what they do - Helena and her wonderful team gently guided me through the week (this is my second time here in 4 years), by the end of which I was SO much lighter and brighter, both physically and mentally. Helena bespokes the programme to your very needs and wants, is there for you every step of the way and is like a serene and incredibly well versed fairy Godmother. The house, bedrooms, gardens and surrounding area is all breathtaking. My fellow detoxers were lovely (new friends for life) and I can only hope to return for my hat-trick one day. Thank you Helena and the Milestone Detox team - your place in my head and heart is now firmly cemented! x
