Excellent equipment and superb classes to ease you into or improve your fitness. Instruction is first rate from both Matt and Flic and you will guarantee to get fit without realising it. A very friendly and social environment for all levels. I have used the gym since its set up and wouldn't think of going anywhere else - try it you'll be impressed.

Winchcombe Fitness & Gym is a great gym which has all the facilities you need to work hard and see progression, but also for all abilities. There is a good range of classes which targets all areas and are always varied. Matt is great, easy to talk to and very helpful with professional advice. When running the classes he knows how to push you to achieve your maximum results and likes to give a challenge. I have been at this gym for over a year and a half and could not recommend it enough. It is fairly priced, enjoyable and a welcoming environment.
