I travelled from Coventry to purchase a car from Vale Motors 3.5 hours away. I was treated very well and the sales person Scott Griffin had a passion for cars in the same way I do so he was very easy to talk to and understood my needs from a car.... thank you I love it

Fantastic service, very friendly staff and a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The dealership goes above and beyond to accommodate the buyer, keeps you updated as to how your vehicle is progressing and nothing seems too much trouble. Would recommend visiting them if you are thinking of changing your vehicle.

Have just bought a Jimny from Vale which I love ( and which was not easy to come by with reduced production ) . Great service from very helpful Ean Jones . But after a few weeks I managed to scratch my new car after off roading and trying to squeeze between two hedges ! Took the car back to Vale . Ryan King helped me and the team did a fantastic valeting job . All scratches removed and I have my new car back ! Really excellent after sales service ! Many Thanks from a relieved customer.
