Not as good as it use to be the place.Some of the staff need customer service training regarding poor attitude and not having the freindly manner about them only a few are excellent.Why also do you have one staff at the Kiosk,not all of us what to use self service checkouts especially when most of the time you end up calling for a customer service assistant.The cafe use to be excellent but sadly feel that area has gone down a lot not the high standard it use to be,
