Poor communication from the team. You can never be sure if the facilities are actually open or not. Social media isn't updated or reliable and neither is the website. Seems like they just don't care.

Quite expensive for what you get. Staff are very friendly which is good, but facilities are not fantastic given the cost. Car park is often very full as it's small relative to the number of members, and I have needed to park on the road and walk up before which isn't ideal. The gym has an ok range of equipment, but not a gigantic amount and the room itself is quite small and not well ventilated (so it does get really quite hot in there with pretty still air - very sweaty!). The music playing in the gym is often so loud as well that there's not much point trying to listen to your own, because even with noise cancelling headphones on it's loud enough to be heard over your own music, especially if there is a spin class on as then it's always played ridiculously loud. Dry change facilities are tiny and not particularly good. Everything is kept very clean and well maintained however.
