        Stretched my Dr Martens boots that were shredding my heel. Offered to stretch them again for free if they still hurt. Epic customer service. Highly recommend.

        So backward. Couldn't receive a photo of keys I needed to have cut. Had to drive there and once there - no customer first attitude. Roll on Artificial Intelligence. I think a robot would have more personality.

        Life saver on way to Heathrow. Needed a TSA luggage padlock. Supermarkets in Wincanton don't stock them. So on recommendation of Morrison's customer assistant headed to the High St. The cobblers run by a charming gent had exactly what we required. S proper shop long may it last. Thank you
