Great service usually not to busy

The man with the beard, who works there, is incredibly rude and patronising. He seemingly is incapable of saying sorry or thank you, and when I asked him a simple question he mocked me, with his answer. I answered that a simple "yes or no answer would have been enough" but he just looked annoyed, that a young woman would dare to tell him off.. I go there on a regular basis and the other two employees are very nice. It's just the guy with the beard who seemingly has no idea how to be professional in a customer facing role..

Been going to this post office for years but within last few years the attatude has gone right down via the staff as a customer you should not have to put up with rude staff and attatude buy the people working in there and for no reason also have seen other people who have come in and also get the rude attatude and terrible ways to conduct business for one am no longer going here and advise you don't

Doesn't even deserve a star....if you have children....DO NOT GO IN THERE....they kept starring at me and my child like a hawk, when my child was standing right next to me holding my hand, but just bouncing up and down in boredom in the que....I politely asked, why do you stare at me, do you have a problem.....their reply.....keep your child under control will you, we don't like children in here.. .I said, why do you sell children's things then in your post office.....as a mother, I said that was extremely rude and my child is a good person....how dare you look, talk and treat me and my child in that way.......what terrible terrible awful people that are fake and extremely rude... they do not have a clue about children or how much they should be loved and adored.
