    All my life Ive loved exercise and playing sport but working out in the gym - no way ! For me it was tedious and torturous and to be avoided at all cost. However, after too many years of inactivity and middle age spread the pounds piled on and the body tone disappeared. All I can say is thank god I found Mickey. Hes proven to me that working out can be challenging but fun and taught me to love and respect the gym . Im now slimmer, stronger, firmer and look forward to achieving more in my day because of a renewed zest for life . A session with Mikey inspires a real sense of joi de vivre - bring it on! Noni

    I joined a gym 12 years ago to lose weight and get fitter. 3 years ago wasn't happy with my progress so decided to try personal training to improve my results. Training with Mikey works as each session is enjoyable, motivating and I'm encouraged to push myself that bit harder each time. Recent health issues have temporarily stalled progress, but Mikey has helped to accentuate the positives and not dwell on the negatives. I am maintaining my target weight, my fat % is normal and my clothes fit better Thank you Mikey

    Mikey is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and has 16yrs experience as a PT. I hit a big birthday and decided it was time to get my stamina and fitness back again so I contacted Mikey for a chat. He asked me some questions, ascertained what I wanted to do and then we met at a local gym to set my programme. I was shown how to use all machines safely and the correct techniques to use to get the best results. He took my current level of fitness as a starting point and explained how I could progress. I would highly recommend him for any age or level of fitness as he tailors everything around you and what you want to achieve. The results I have got in my first six weeks are astounding and my confidence has grown so much. I feel great too! Give him a call, you wont be disappointed!

    I highly recommend using a personal trainer for fitness training. It is simply the most effective approach. I have been training with Mikey twice a week for six months. He has resolved some aches and pains I had developed and provided a huge amount of knowledge and motivation to getting me to my fitness goals. Give him a try.
