        Having spent several months calling my grandfather at the home before he had a phone fitted in his room. I am really pleased with how professional the staff came across and the questions I had regarding his care and general condition at this time. Always helpful and friendly and generally nothing was too much trouble. The only issue was sometimes the call would ring off when no one answered... I now know the busy times to a wood and this is less of an issue.

        Not happy when phoning to be told "we are very busy" after spending an hour trying to get through. If I need information about my mum this is not what i want to hear. Maybe they need more staff!
