Left a mail of interest on a property which rightmove stated didn't want pets.After speaking with a lady on the phone and she told me she send me a response mail(not),on the second call the same lady says that the landlord wants actually a single professional as a tenant....for a 2 bedroom couch house...totally b...s..h it.

Disappointing experience throughout. Poor communication, little to no integrity or transparency in process, with equally as much knowledge of the properties from my particular agent (cant speak for the department). No awards won for NPS would not recommend.
