I took part in a brilliant mental health first aid course with a very experienced and knowledgeable instructor who was able to get the best from all participants with a relaxed informative style. I highly recommend Trojan as a training provider and for the invaluable work they are doing supporting well being

Completed my MHFA course yesterday at Basingstoke, venue was a great choice, which always makes a course better but the course itself flew by and did not drag due to excellent instruction but also a great group allowing constructive conversation. Looking forward to hopefully using these new skills to benefit others.

I completed the 2.5 day HBOT workshop with Steve, from Trojan Wellbeing. I can honestly say that it's great. Informative, instructive, therapeutic and restorative. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and really bad brain fog. I was using a stick to walk any distance, but after 4 90 minute sessions in the chamber, using the leisure facilities and the good company of the other attendees, I felt relaxed, clear headed, mentally and physically stronger. I haven't had to use a walking stick since, I feel mentally ready to take on the world and this was 2 weeks ago! I totally recommend attending if you can. I'm going to be looking for more sessions, so that I can continue the recovery. Thanks Lobby

A great network of individuals who consist of both Serving and Ex Public Service workers (Police) who draw on their experience of matters they have and personally dealt with and share, advice and provide much needed support and help not only to them but their families too. Although some Public Services are still failing to accept that PTSD and other associated disorders are a major factor in ones mental wellbeing, these support groups and its peers continue to support and gain proper acceptance for mental health
