Absolutely dreadful experience all round with this company. So sad as I wanted to use a local company to support local businesses and wish I hadn't. They lost my original order more than once so I had to go back to the shop multiple times to refined what I had chosen and reorder. They took the deposit and then several weeks later told me the oak flooring wasn't possible. I cancelled the oak order but stuck with the vinyl laying in the other room. They just came to fit it and despite multiple visits and a plan with measurements I had given them they've arrived with the wrong sized floor roll. 3m instead of 4m. The job needed to be finished in time for Christmas as we have guests staying in that room. Now not a chance. Absolute joke. Every single thing they did was littered with errors and mistakes, totally ineptitude and unprofessional in service and delivery. Services: Install flooring, Carpet installation

I was let down at the last minute by another fitter at the last minute just before Christmas. I reached out to Sjh and they went above and beyond to solve the problem. In less than 24 hours the carpet was fitted and Christmas was saved. The guys that came were quick, clean and professional. I couldnt recommend them enough and will direct all of mine and anyone thats asks business their way in future. 10 out of 10 Service: Carpet installation
