I have been going to SASS Wincanton for 4 years now and I honestly cannot imagine my life without it. Not only do you get a fun workout but you get welcomed into a community full of women of ALL ages who will cheer on all your accomplishments. I had no dance experience or flexibility (and still don't) but that hasn't stopped me learning how to build my strength as well as my own confidence. Bex is a fantastic teacher who will make you achieve (what you think is) the impossible! Cannot recommend SASS enough!

Amazing bunch of ladies and guy that welcomes anyone of any age, shape and size, male or female. Your always amde welcome and the smallest thing is a major achievement. it's so empowering, and they are all they for you for pole related but also for personal issues you may be going through. They let you go at a pace comfortable for yourself and make what seems the impossible possoble. I could not rate this place high enough! It's so fun and certainly gives you a new lease of confidence
