        PetAir UK helped with clearing customs at LHR and onward transportation. The real star of the show however was Arnie, the driver. He was so kind and considerate and clearly loves cats. He kept us updated as to their arrival time and once delivered stayed on another 20 minutes to ensure they had settled into their new home. Its stressful flying pets long haul especially in this case where due to delays they incurred an additional 12 hour wait inside their crates before flying. A little empathy goes a long way.
