        Great honest people who really know their stuff. International freight charges are out of control right now so I try to keep my purchases local (New Zealand). But if I do buy from Feked I know I will get fast and efficient service which excellent backup and support.

        Firstly the parts are very specific and difficult to get. From ordering to arriving was very rapid. I got three emails to inform of progress. I was really impressed.

        Horrible customer service. Demanded additional payment 3 days after the transaction. When I declined to pay, I found out why Grodon and Co are truly "Feked"!! Fortunately, paid with PayPal so managed to get a refund.
