Cloud Nine Glamping Dorset

We stayed at the Cotswolds site this weekend and what a fantastic time we had! The staff were the best from start to finish and the activities for the kids were fantastic. The tents were very clean as were all the facilities. Have absolutely no complaints and will be definitely going back. (A comments box or somewhere to offer suggestions would be good)

We were apprehensive about our weekend after reading very mixed reviews. From the moment we arrived we realised there was no need: Welcoming smooth check-in, lovely staff and gorgeous site! Everything else continued to exceed expectations fun activities, wonderful atmosphere, and great choice of lovely food and beverages. Highlight was the free silent disco! Common quote amongst children and adults best weekend ever. We will definitely be back, thank you cloud 9!

We had the best experience with Cloud Nine in Dorsey. The staff could not have been friendlier and everything was well organised. We were a group of 3 families and situated next to each other. Food, entertainment was great. Only negative was that the gas ran out for the showers and we had to hop around finding the warm showers, although it was always very clean and never busy. We cant wait to go again!

Badly managed, lacking basic hygiene (portable toilets, no sinks to wash hands and this was mid-pandemic), tent items were disgusting with kitchen items all dirty and pre-used with old food, laid out like new. The "pub" area played loud music until 2am, loud enough to wake the kids up, despite this apparently being a family based environment and even issued rules around no amplified music after 9pm. Staff didn't seem to understand what was wrong but having spent 1000 for something that had less facilities than a normal campsite and this was a cash grab of the highest order and a complete scam by people with a large field and not much else. Please avoid at all costs. Your money will be wasted. The volume of positive reviews does not seem to fit with my experience or that of any other family or guest we spoke to during our visit. There were queues of complaining guests and no one felt they were getting what they signed up for and all were taking up complaints with a view to getting refunds. I won't even go into the car damage but booking this trip was my biggest mistake of last year that took me a further month to rectify all of the issues. The only "ultimate family escape" experience was my own family, who could not escape from here quick enough.
