        If I could give 0 stars I would. Countless times they have been late, sent taxis to the wrong address, and customer service is terrible. Delete their number and do not use.

        Ordered a taxi for two adults and a small dog, was told that was fine. When taxi was late, I phoned to check on status of the taxi, only to be told it would not be coming. They said they couldnt find a cab to take a dog and that they never had time to call and tell me. At no point when I ordered did they say a dog would be a problem. They also apparently could not in the space of two hours call and tell me this. Rather they left potential customers standing on a road in 30 degrees- disgusting! Such ridiculous excuses and not a single apology.
