Awful rude lady, terrible customer service. I had a voucher to collect from post office as their apology for losing my parcel. First of all she didnt want to pay it out to me saying that they are really " not a post office " then after pulling face at me decided to look at the voucher. Then she said its all ok but i need to print it, even thou on the email from post office clearly said, i only need a bar code which is on the letter. At the end she just threw money at me. Absolutely shocking, you cant deal with people dont work in customer service!

I have to use this post office every week to pay money in plus send the odd parcel off. Staff are so rude, they huff if you have to much change and make a point of it. Never apologise if you have had to wait like I did this week 15 minutes in the queue and not a word. Listening to the way they bark at other customers I'm glad it's not just me. Maybe staff training in customer care wouldn't go a miss!!!
