        The staff who work here, under so much pressure, amaze me. They really are overstretched, and Boots head office needs to do something to help this pharmacy out

        The queues in here are getting ridiculous. I was waiting for over 30 mins today. Queue going out of the door and into the surgery. And this was at 2pm - not a busy time. They need to get more people on the tills - only one person on today.

        Absolutely useless, mainly due to understaffing. Never answer the phone, constantly queuing for 30mins at a time, only to be told, no your prescription is not ready, and this is after receiving a text to say, your prescription is ready for collection. They are right next to the surgery, but the lack of communication between the two, is absolutely unbelievable, constantly blaming each other for their incompetence. Complained about this place before, but nothing gets done about it. If I could give it a no star rating, I would, but it wont let me.

        Won't answer the phone . Too busy- queues out the door all day long. Seem very short staffed. Polite staff under a lot of pressure.
