I visited Sarah to diagnose and relieve my back, shoulder and arm pain. Sarah is so knowledgeable and works methodically through the causes of the pain, communicating all the way through the appointment. In just one session she reduced my pain and gave me guidance to follow after the appointment. Highly recommended and I look forward to my next appointment.

Sarah was amazing. Listened to my symptoms, advised her that I had been told that I had bursitis in my hip, plus sciatica symptoms . Her knowledge is amazing, she told me that trapped nerves can mimic bursitis, she worked on my pelvis and although I found it painful, I truly believed, no pain, no gain. She offered to stop if it was too much, but when Ive been in pain for so long, whats a little bit more, if its worthwhile and with amazing results, I told her to keep working on my pelvis, as she knew best. The gain is amazing, I am pain free after one session, sitting, walking, standing. I am over the moon. Thank you Sarah
