Unbelievable service from Ian at Holmans. When your freezer stops working while full of food a month before Christmas, it could be a disaster. Disaster was averted by a new freezer being delivered the same day. The new freezer isnt even a very expensive one, but clearly excellent service means a great deal to this lovely, local, business, the sort of service that might well be hard to find from large, online retailers. Thank you so much Holmans.

Very customer facing with helpful and non-pushy knowledgeable staff prepared where appropriate to recommend items stocked by competitors. A pleasant experience unlike my earlier visit to Curry's.

Thank you Dominic and the fabulous delivery team. One of my residents needed a replacement fridge freezer. He has specialist medication to keep cold. His fridge freezer packed up and Holmans came to the rescue. AMAZING same day service. Brilliant attitude and understanding. We can't thank you enough. I am so impressed with this shop. Their knowledge is superb with warm interest in your enquiry, needs, situation and budget. We bought our television there last year and I couldn't be more thrilled with their advice and service. They were even flexible when it came to stock price. In between my initial enquiry and purchase, the cost had increased but they kindly backdated that price to the day of my enquiry. Professional servicemen came out and installed. A modest purchase but nonethess they were attentive, kind and thorough. Likewise with my washing machine. I wouldn't dream now of ever going anywhere else. 5 stars ( and more). Thank you, guys.
