        I recently took an 18 carat gold bracelet in for scrap, I knew the weight and approximate scrap value and was appalled at what they offered me, the bracelet was subsequently sold to a jeweller for the correct value which was two thirds more, so I will not use them again!

        After bring involved in a serious dog biting incident, A & E had to cut off my eternity ring which not only had huge obvious sentimental value but also was special as we bought it in our favourite holiday spot in Kos. It has an intricate design in white gold on the front and unfortunately the cut went right through it. Also my knuckle on that finger is now deformed. O & H were able to almost invisibly repair the damage and resize the ring and all for a very reasonable price in only a week..we use these guys all the time, HIGHLY recommend!
