        My best friend came down from Manchester to visit the shop after I had given her a bracelet and earrings for her 70th birthday bought from Beau Bijou. She bought some amazing earrings and although I wasnt planning on buying anything, I just couldnt resist a bracelet and a couple of pairs of earrings. A lovely shop with excellent prices to suit everyone.

        Had a great in store experience being served by Frankie whilst I was buying a head piece for my wedding. Unfortunately part of it came off and I had to send it back, I had lack of communication by the shop owner as to what was happening with my head piece and her customer service skills towards me was very poor. Its left me with having to argue to get my money back and Ill be looking else where to find a new head piece.
