I called in without an appointment needing advice and a consultation after being advised to do so by NHS direct. They could not have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating. Jonny spoke with the optician Luke who kindly said he would see me shortly. Jonny then did all the pre consultation paperwork and eye checks to save time, after which Luke saw me. I was given a comprehensive and unhurried consultation, with clear and professional advice, even though they were obviously busy. I am very grateful and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I visited boots opticians in wimborne Dorset for an eye test & some safety glasses for my work on 13/3/2023 & was very impressed with the staff. Namely Emma & Demi. They were very professional, efficient,took great care & friendly. They even double checked my eye data was correct. Very impressed. I went back to collect my new glasses on 27th march '23 & was served by Lynne. She too was (see above!). The glasses themselves are amazing-it's like having new eyes-SO clear! Thankyou all the staff at wimborne boots.

I recently had my first appointment with Boots Opticians Wimborne, from the moment I walked in I was completely looked after. Sasha was my Optometrist who explained everything perfectly, even showing me detailed X-rays of my eyes. I have always struggled in selecting frames but Demi was truly amazing and so helpful, I didnt feel rushed and with her support have chosen a new set of glasses which I cannot wait to collect

I went to the Boots Opticians today in Wimborne from Southampton as they were the closest store to stock a brand of glasses I wanted. I spent almost 2 hours in the store with the wonderful Demi, she was so calm and patient with me and nothing was too much trouble for her. I found a gorgeous pair thanks to Demi. Five stars to Wimborne Boots Opticians and five stars to Demi. Thank you so much for your help.
