Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process. As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency. Our purchase was protracted with every manner of complication imagineable. Throughout the many months the transaction took the team at S and S particularly Mr Neal Wilson remained effective and calm. I am completely convinced that the purchase would have fallen through on many occasions without his tenacity and professionalism. Excellent service.

Our experience of appointing Symonds & Sampson in Wimborne to sell a property at auction has been excellent. From initial contact, valuation, through to sale everything was dealt with sensitively and efficiently during what was a difficult time.
