I have to write a review about this firm. From the moment that I made the appointment they were fantastic. I had experienced unprofessional behaviour and an inability to listen to my basic needs from my previous solicitors and I approached the meeting with a degree of anxiety. However, when I met Nicola it felt like I was dealing with an old friend. Her advice was perceptive and she made the whole process of writing a new will completely relaxing. The document was prepared within 24 hours as I had some time constraints and Nicola was even apologetic that she personally could not be there for the signing and witnessing of the document. We have utilised the excellent services of HG Walker on a couple of occasions; Specifically Simon Nethercott in the Commercial department, who assisted with an auction purchase of an investment property, and Laura Molloy, with the conveyancing for the purchase of our home. We have found both to be extremely easy to deal with - they have been accessible, upfront with their advice and fees (which we have found to be reasonable) and ultimately, very good at their job! We have used one other Wimborne based firm in the past and difference in service was stark. I'd have no hesitation in recommending HG Walker to anyone requiring the services of a professional and efficient solicitor.
