I dont see why you have to book a visit online? How is that good for older people such as grandparents who are not on facebook on the internet? The answerphone message also says you are very busy and may take a while to call back ? Really?

Firstly a massive thank you to the staff at Bartletts especially Jo, i can imagine coming up to September is an extremely busy time and they go out of their way to do all they can for their customers 5*s for customer service. They are always friendly and approachable and on hand for any questions and help with sizing ect. I have been a customer of Barttlets for the past 5+ years and never had a bad experience, always great quality and reasonably priced for the quality compared to others.

Really expensive and extremely poor quality. School polo shirt became bobbly and unwearable after a few weeks. Compared to the M&S polo shirts, which have never become bobbly, their shirt was absolutely dreadful. Its a complete disgrace that school require people to use shops like this.
