        They're ok. Not amazingly helpful unless you know exactly what you want and once they have your money their customer service goes way down

        We love to book our holidays with Saville Travel nothing like being able to talk to someone in person, recently we had to change the date of our booked holiday, but Charlotte reassured us that it could be changed and it was not a problem, she sorted it out there and then, what excellent service, we couldn't of asked for more, A huge Thankyou

        I have used Saville Travel twice now,and both times have had excellent service,they are friendly and very helpful.They cover everything I needed to know and rang me before my flight to check everything was ok,I would highly recommend.
