Amazing empathetic service. We struggled to move home for over six year. Found a home we fell in love with last year listed with Hearnes Wimborne and were shown around by Jeremy. We liked his natural, non-pushy, non-salesey approach and listed or home with them. Sadly it did not work out and the deal fell through even after enormous effort. We paused our search came off the marketed, mourned the loss of our dream home and came back at it again this year. Again deciding to sell with Hearnes. They did us right and helped with stressful situations and were empathetic to our strife. Highly recommend the whole team, special thanks to Jeremy for his personal service. Mark for his knowledge and support and Miranda for showing countless people round our home of the weekends. Highly recommended.

Hearnes were the agent for the property we ended up purchasing. Our point contact was Jeremy. Simply put he was fantastic from start to finish. The seller was very challenging over a number of matters. Jeremy handled everything diligently and professionally which given the circumstances could have easily pushed anyone to breaking point. He was in regular contact giving timely and reassuring updates working in the interest of both buyer and seller. Should I ever be in a position to consider selling I would certainly consider Jeremy and Hearnes.

Great experience buying through Hearnes.. from the lady who showed us around the property, through to Jeremy who looked after us from offer to completion, I cant compliment them enough. As purchasers, we are not the agents client, but the team at Hearnes looked after us as if we were. Jeremy was at all times proactive, transparent and available and theres no doubt in my mind who I would be calling when we next come to move on!
