        Very well laid out shop and manager is extremely cheerful and helpful. Have donated items also bought from there and will do again. Shop window is always well designed too.

        Purchased an item, but did not fit. Was advised at time of purchase that it could be returned if necessary. Took straight to Poole shop 3 days later, closed for 2 weeks. Went back, couldn't do refund as Manager in meeting. Staff member helpful and said would get Manager to ring and put note on my receipt as would be outside of refund allowable time. Manager did not ring. Returned following week, shop closed until further notice. Went to Wimborne shop yesterday and that was closed too! Still have my item and no refund
