        I went in today to look for a suitable travel flask for my coffees and teas in the car, the younger lady greeted me warmly and carefully ran through all of the options taking into great consideration what I had specified, very professional and honest service the lady radiated care and passion! Super happy with my choice will be recommending your store, thanks again!

        I was embarking on making a wedding cake for my daughter. I had never done anything so intimidating in my life and was very anxious. The staff at Salamander were wonderful.... They advised me on equipment, recommended a wonderful man who made my cake board (Live Edge Living) and put up with my many phone calls. They have the most wonderful range of equipment and also will order items in if necessary....... A wonderful, supportive shop. Thank you.

        My experience indicates poor customer service when things arent right which is a shame as shop itself is good. Probably wont use again as didnt enjoy the experience.
