        I came in to the Wimborne store as a very nervous customer as I have little confidence , I'm m a bigger lady but I must say the lady members of staff were so lovely they made me feel completly at ease and valued unfortunately the dress I like was not in my size and colour so they have kindly ordered it in but i know when I go back that I will feel comfortable and will enjoy the experience . THANK YOU

        Made a visit today to Phase Eight , Wimborne , I was greeted by the lovely Laura after a couple of minutes ,, & she asked if I needed ' some help ' ? ' yes please ' I said .... , I'm at a loss when it comes to clothes buying - I generally wear a lot of grey . So with her help & experience & I can't thank her enough , I came away confident with an outfit she helped me put together for my daughters wedding in April ..... To be honest I was very anxious before shopping had a few tears to myself & didn't want to go through the process !!!! There is no doubt I will be back ,,,Thank you so very much . A valid member of staff ....
