Dealt with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful member of staff named Sam who assisted me with a Rolex Datejust. He clearly knows his stuff and I look forward to dealing with him again. When making such an important purchase you would be well advised to visit these guys. 100% would recommend.

A wonderful place and so easy to deal with. Sam and his team will always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. A while ago I had a early 1970s Omega Seamaster watch. Despite taking it to a few watch repair shops in London I could never get it working properly. Sam sorted the issue and the watch works perfectly. Yesterday I collected a Patek Philippe watch. Beautifully repaired at a third of the cost at the main dealer. Highly recommended.
