Ive been suffering with back and neck issues for over 20yrs and have tried dozens of different therapies. I can honestly say seeing Rachel has resulted in the most professional and effective treatment I have ever had. I would highly recommend anyone to contact her for treatment.

After a wholely supportive experience, I would highly recommend Rachel. She has done wonders for my lower back problems - assessing and explaining spinal and muscular issues very clearly and knowledgeably. She has delivered a treatment that has got to the root of my pain within 2 sessions and I am delighted to say I am feeling much improvement and benefitting from the exercises she has given me and helpful nutritional information.
