I first contacted MInster Memorials in February to arrange a headstone for my beloved daughter. From the minute Renee answered the phone to the last conversation with Lyn, while all this time dealing with the loss of my beautiful daughter who fought cancer for 20 years, and also having contact with Haven Memorials Head Office, I've been treated with kindness, compassion and sensitivity. Everything from start to finish has left me feeling that they really cared and that it was so much more than "just a job". This was the last act of love for my darling girl ... the stone is beautiful and I am now at peace. Thank you all so very much in helping me throughout this heartbreakingly sad time.
