        I had a wonderful experience at Victoria Hospital. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. They made me feel as though I was a friend of theirs, not just a patient. They answered all my questions and concerns, and gave me the best care possible. The hospital was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I am very grateful to everyone who helped me during my stay. I would highly recommend Victoria Hospital to anyone who needs medical attention.

        Had an operation here 6 months ago. Initially the process was good on the day. In and out in 5 hours. Day hernia surgery in my groin. I was nervous about having it done here rather than Poole or Bournemouth hospital but others reassured me. However the pain from keyhole was horrendous, I was left black and purple straight away and within 3 weeks back to the same pain. The operation was a waste of time (didn't work) cowboy surgeons. Just had the same operation at royal Bournemouth hospital again (open surgery) in less pain, no bruising and back to normal. Don't get operated on here, wait for a proper hospital.
