        Thank you so much for saving my dogs life , very quick response and regular updates with lots of care and reassurance given , absolutely amazing hard working staff especially over a Bank Holiday, highly recommended !

        The reception staff were lovely but that's about it tbh. Almost 1500 to bandage a dogs broken leg and missed a huge wound on his other paw. Sent poor Frank home distressed. Had no information regarding the complexities of the issue and no sign posting for an orthopaedic vet who could deal with the problem. Profit over Pets is how most vets have gone unfortunately these days.
