        Always pleasant staff but its never open, closed the one in Poole as well. How do I get cash out if its over 300?? Time to change banks

        Fed up with TSB closing branches in my area. Just found out from someone who works at Nat West in Wimborne that TSB are now closing my branch. TSB didn't even have the courtesy to let there customers who bank at this branch know, unlike Barclays who sent me a letter well in advance before they closed my branch. Time to change my bank.

        I wanted a particular cash withdrawal request- but as I do not use the Wimborne branch very often - I was given the " cold shoulder " - use a branch closer to where you live!!! I was with Lloyds for nm
