I 100% recommended Domestec. The stop/start button broke on my whirlpool washing machine. I called 3 companies, to get quotes for comparison, but each then proceeded to hard sell me into buying 12 month plans and other offers then push me into booking a call out there and then. I then called Domestec and spoke to Dan. He gave me a quote for the part I needed and the cost of the engineer coming to fixit. It was half the price of the other quotes. Was given a 1pm - 5pm slot a few days later and James the engineer arrived at 1pm and was professional, friendly and did a great job. While James was already in my kitchen, he kindly looked at my broken fridge light and told me that he could order a spare part and would come back in a few days and put it in. He said there wouldnt be another call out charge, I would just have to pay for the new spare part only. There no hidden charges or other nonsense. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I have been so impressed with the staff at Domestec. They are so professional, kind and courteous and dont try to rip you off with hard selling all these offers.
