The worst customer experience received anywhere. Dropped our car off for a recall and warranty work assured it would be ready end-of-day or tomorrow at the latest but we then didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks! Called a minimum of 5 times a day but they never answered their phones, called head office to be told they don't answer their calls either, and when they did call us to tell us to pick it up it wasn't even ready and the service team had all left at 4pm. Meant we had wasted a journey and had to come back 3 days later. Management don't care they just want the sales.

Avoid this branch at all costs and don't waste your money. Incredibly slow, useless, overly bureaucratic, and zero communication between any of the departments. After sales care is absolutely appalling and they only want your money at the point of sale. Though they give the elusion of being helpful in the beginning with my process of trading in my 1 year old car back to the very dealership I bought it from (a perk I was advertised at the point of sale), Manager David, Assistant Manager Jordan and Matthew are impossible to get in touch with, dismissive and could not care less - presumably as I wasn't buying a new car from them / making them their commission. It took 2 months of weekly calls through the operating system and 3 visits to the dealership and I still have no answer. I have taken my business elsewhere, which was dealt with in less than a week for a much much better price, and will never return here. Shout out to Ashley who has fantastic people skills and tried his absolute best to help me but was faced with the same slowness at the top in the end.
